Having a subtle avour of pineapple with atouch of white pepper, bay leaves and sweet
cotton candy aromas, this sake has a beautiful light-yellow colour.
Light bodied, yet having a fresh acidity reminiscent of red apple. The smooth but dry
nish style complements many dishes.
Best served either at room temperature or slightly chilled.
Because of its clean acidity, this sake goes well with fish tempura, Gyoza and miso mari-
nade fish or pork dishes.
