Warm and sweet aromas of red apple crumble, almonds and a hint of milk chocolate.
This sake has a crisp texture and although it's nish is quite dry, the gentle avours of
sweet mochi is really pleasant. It is suggested it be served slightly chilled.
It goes well with soft cheese, carbonara and umami rich pizza.
