This beautiful light-golden coloured sake has a sweet aroma of steamed rice with a hint of toast and golden syrup. The savoury, yet sweet and comforting aroma makes you
excited to try a sip. On the palate it has quite rich impressions but overall is medium
body, crisp and clean, with long-lasting acidity.
Ideally served at either room temperature or warm to best enjoy its avours and character.
You can enjoy this sake in chunky textured cups or small glass sake cups. It can be paired
well with foods such as char grilled mackerel, umami rich meat dish such as roast beef, as
well as avourful Chinese dim sum.
